How much points I will earn when purchase?
The points that you earn are determined according to the points specified by the merchant who determine points for each product separately as mentioned in his page on the website, and the merchant can not change the mentioned amount of points except after returning to the New Hope Administration and until this change occurs, he must give you the points announced on our website
What if merchant refused using the program with you?
As a member, you have a responsibility to inform New Hope administration about any merchant who refuses to apply what has been agreed with New Hope, such as refusing sending you points after purchasing from him, or as refusing taking points from you when you want to buy from him
inform us about this merchant and provide us some proof and we will investigate in the issue and we will take action may reach to suspend this merchant accounts
How to redeem points?
During the payment of product price inform the merchant that you are a member of the program and want to exchange points in the purchase you make
Log in to your account through the website or the mobile application
If you have points in the general balance only, it can be used in whole or in part at this merchant or at a any merchant
If you have points in your balance of this merchant, you can use it in whole or in part only at this merchant
Use the Send Points Tool
Type the username of the merchant you are buying from, which you will find in front of you, or request it from the merchant
As you type the name, a list of similar names will appear for you. Choose the correct name or complete the writing
Enter the number of points you want to redeem and hit the send button
in general system first take form your balance of the merchant and if it has no enough points then he continue taking from you general balance
After completing the transfer, the merchant will receive the points, and as soon as he checks this, he will deduct their value from the value of your purchases
Both of you and the merchant can check sending and receiving log using your account
How much does 1 point worth in EGP?
1 point = 1 EGP

Does the program work in all branches of specific merchant?
Almost yes, except if the branch not mentioned in our site or mentioned in merchant page that specific branch not included into new hope system
When I can’t use the program at merchant shop?
Almost all the time you can use the program, except if some merchant mentioned in his merchant page that in specific dates, days or occasions they will not use the program and that after the accepting of New hope
also in case the program get any technical problem
at this time the merchant will give you a certificate make you able to come to him another time and he will send you the points
