Joining the win-and-save rewards program of New Hope qualifies you to obtain reward points when you purchase products or services from merchants who joined the program, who can be stores, hotels, health institutions, pharmacies, beauty centers etc. of all types of activities
To join the program, you must open an account on the new hope website or app through any merchant joined the program.

Membership
Free membership
You get it as soon as you register in the program through the website, and it only qualifies you to get Points you get when buying products and services of authorized merchants and using when you buy again.
Those under the age of eighteen are not allowed to retrieve points or register in the program.
In the event that your account is not used for a period of 3 months, your account will be suspended, so you must at least make a purchase from any of our certified merchants within a period not exceeding 3 months.
Earning Points
Upon purchase, inform the seller that you are member in the program and show him your mobile phone with the website or application open on the page of your username in which the username is written or in the form of a QR code that the merchant uses to send you the points that are due
When specific merchant send you points you will get 2 types of points
general points to buy from any merchant and Points of this merchant to buy only form him
All points earned are valid for 12 months. All unused points during the 12 months will be deducted from your balance and you will not be able to retrieve them again.
The points that you earn are determined according to the points specified by the merchant who determine points for each product separately as mentioned in his page on the website, and the merchant can not change the mentioned amount of points except after returning to the New Hope Administration and until this change occurs, he must give you the points announced on our website
As a member, you have a responsibility to inform New Hope administration about any merchant who refuses to apply what has been agreed with New Hope, such as refusing sending you points after purchasing from him, or as refusing taking points from you when you want to buy from him or refusing presenting prizes to winners of the periodic lottery of this merchant
Points are only earned from the day you join the program and you cannot earn points retroactively from your previous purchases
Redeem Points
During the payment of product price inform the merchant that you are a member of the program and want to exchange points in the purchase you make

Refund & Replacement
In case customer does refund within 14 days from the date of purchasing merchant will give him all cost of products and contact us to do refund from system
In case customer does replacment within 14 days from the date of purchasing we have 3 cases:-
a- replacment using same amount then no thing will happened
b- replacment using bigger amount of products discount then merchant will send customer the rest as cash
c- replacment using lower amount of products discount then merchant will take the rest from customer as cash
Terms of use
Every user has the right to have only one account on New Hope
In the event that the user has more than one account on the New Hope website, New Hope has the right to suspend his account or remove it completely from the New Hope website without any notification and the user loses any rights, points or data he had on the site
Your data must be real (your address – your phone numbers – your name – the identity number), that because if you win any prize you are contacted through this data, bearing in mind that New Hope maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information and is not published on the site’s pages except for merchants who will also can contact you in case you win their prizes or any thing related to purchases and points
The user is obligated not to do anything that would affect the operation or security of the New Hope website, or cause any inconvenience, offense, or disruption to any of the other users or our workers.
The user is fully responsible for his account and the confidentiality of his login data “password” and he bears full responsibility in the event that the account data is taken by any person who uses the account in any form, and New Hope does not have any responsibility for this matter.
We are not responsible for you or anyone else for any loss arising from something over which we have no control.
